Come join Kate in the KULA Greenhouse to be immersed in the soothing, therapeutic sounds of her crystal alchemy singing bowls and other vibroacoustic instruments.

Guests are asked to BYO yoga mat and blanket as they drift off into a dreamy state of deep relaxation, surrounded by the plants and sprouts of KULA Urban Farm. Tea and light refreshments will be served.

This event is $40 by donation, with all proceeds to benefit KULA Urban Farm, a nonprofit that provides on-site job training, educational programs, farm to table dinners and free fresh produce to neighbors in need. Their work also includes transforming lots into community gardens and managing a hydroponic greenhouse. The produce grown at KULA is sold to the public as well as to local restaurants.
