Come fill your cup at The Well with a gentle, restorative sound bath to ease the mind, get you back into your body and reconnected to your heart. This sound experience will be woven with different vibroacoustic instruments such as an ocean drum, zaphir chimes and alchemy crystal singing bowls.

Guests are asked to BYO yoga mat + comfy items for the most immersive experience.
